Job Summary
Store Associate supports dispensary operations in Front of House (FOH) or Back of House (BOH), delivering customer service and assisting with inventory maintenance, packaging, stocking, intake of products, and inventory compliance. Requires knowledge of cannabis products, cash handling, and POS software; must be able to pass a background check and maintain the Arizona Facility Agent Card. Candidates should be prepared to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, demonstrate professionalism, effective communication, multitasking, and problem-solving in a highly regulated retail cannabis environment. Training includes New Hire Orientation, Security Training, Cannabis Education course, and ongoing training.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must be able to pass a background check to obtain, and maintain, a Facility Agent card in accordance with Arizona State Department of Health Services requirements.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
