Job Summary
Create and deliver Andy's frozen custard treats while providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Serve guests and staff by operating point-of-sale registers and performing precision work around the fountain area. Lead by example in an extremely hands-on role that requires constant standing, walking, and lifting up to 55 pounds. Work outside in various weather conditions and manage occasional ladder use. Maintain high operational standards while remaining available for nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be friendly, enthusiastic, and full of energy
- Must lead by example and uphold high standards of operation in a fast-paced environment
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Must be available to work some nights, weekends and some holidays
- Must be able to physically work all shifts up front taking care of our guests and staff
- Must be able to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 55 pounds independently and safely
- Must be able to ascend or descend ladders, stairs, ramps, etc.
- Must be able to use constant computer, point-of-sale register, and found equipment
- Must be able to flex or rotate the wrist and spine
- Must be able to reach, turn, and perform precision work around fountain area
- Must be able to talk, express, or exchange ideas by means of the spoken work
- Must have clarity of vision at near and/or far distances
- Must be able to work outside in various weather conditions
- Must be able to stand and walk
