Job Summary
Assist customers with product questions, operate the cashier register accurately, and stock shelves while maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Follow food safety guidelines, ensure counters and displays are tidy, and support opening/closing tasks and special events. Work weekdays, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail setting. Bilingual (English/Japanese) preferred; Food Handler Certification required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Food Handler Certification
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Must be flexible with scheduling
- Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand for up to four hours
- Must be able to reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Must have effective verbal communication skills
- Must be able to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities
- Must be able to manage challenging or high-pressure situations with composure
