Job Summary
Pick customer orders and manage point-of-sale processes while ensuring all products are clean, correctly priced, and fully stocked. Keep shelves merchandised according to company guidelines, pack orders in-line with procedures, and assist with dispatching and deliveries to salons. Answer the phone, invoice orders through the till system, and maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards. Welcome and greet customers, actively describe product features, and build on telephone orders to drive sales. Work 36.75 hours weekly from Monday to Thursday (8:15am–5:00pm) and Friday (8:15am–1:00pm) at Aston & Fincher Ltd in Truro, Cornwall.
