Store Assistant Manager (With weekend availability)

Assist the Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations, including hiring, supervising staff, managing daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising. Maintain high standards by providing fast, friendly service to customers while ensuring regular onsite attendance. Execute the food program standards with a sense of urgency, patience, and leadership. Lead a team of employees and management through recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new staff. Delegate responsibilities, teach and motivate others, and plan and organize store activities. Communicate plans and ideas effectively while handling cash and solving problems. Advocate for and empathize with customers and staff, prioritizing safety and security.
