Store Assistant Manager (With Weekend Availability)

As an Assistant Manager, you will support the Store Manager with oversight of store operations, including hiring, supervising staff, and completing daily tasks such as bookkeeping and merchandising. You will help maintain high standards and provide fast, friendly service, ensuring regular onsite attendance. You will lead a team, recruit and interview, delegate tasks, coach others, plan and organize, and communicate plans effectively. You will handle cash-handling and bookkeeping, address problem solving, and uphold safety and security standards. The role requires leadership, urgency, patience, and a customer-focused approach, with responsibilities across staffing, training, and operational execution in a fast-paced retail environment plus a food program. You should have retail or supervisory experience and be capable of lifting and standing for extended periods.
