Store Assistant Manager (With Weekend Availabaility)

Assist the Store Manager with oversight of the Stationstore operations, helping with hiring, supervising and working with staff to accomplish daily tasks, bookkeeping and merchandising, and maintaining high standards while delivering fast, friendly service. Demonstrates leadership, sense of urgency, and customer focus; ensures regular onsite attendance and adherence to the food program standards. Key duties include leading a team, recruiting/interviewing, delegation, planning, organizing, communicating plans, cash-handling, problem solving, and ensuring safety and security; experience in retail management and supervision is preferred.
