Job Summary
Oversee the relief or night shift team to ensure QT Standards of Store Operations, Policies & Procedures, and Training Guides are followed. Manage customer relations, merchandising, store appearance, and business operations while providing employee support. Maintain a pleasant disposition and patience when handling difficult situations, communicating effectively with customers, vendors, and staff. Requires high school graduation or GED, retail sales experience, and self-motivation to work unsupervised. Shifts include 46 total hours with options for evening or overnight coverage.
Required Qualifications

- Must be able to communicate in English, verbally and in writing, with customers, vendors, and employees
