Job Summary
Oversee the shift team to meet QT Standards of Store Operations, ensuring the store follows Policies & Procedures and Training Guides. Manage core functions including Customer Relations, Merchandising, Store Appearance, Business Operations, and Employee Support. Maintain a pleasant disposition and patience when handling difficult situations, communicating effectively with customers, vendors, and employees. Work unsupervised while demonstrating self-motivation. Requires a high school graduate or GED and retail store sales experience. English proficiency in verbal and written communication is essential.
