Store Assistant Manager

Assistant Store Manager role with Licensed Optician responsibilities in MA. Lead and develop a high-performing Optical Stylist/retail team, drive sales through clienteling, and manage store operations including cash handling, inventory, and compliance. Partner with Store Manager to recruit, onboard, train, and coach staff; coordinate with the in-store Optometrist to ensure a seamless patient and retail experience; oversee visual merchandising, scheduling, and community outreach. Strong optical dispensing knowledge, patient care, and leadership skills are required, with a successful track record in driving sales and developing team performance. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and peak periods is required.
