Job Summary
Conduct relief or night shift operations ensuring the team meets QT Standards of Store Operations and adheres to all Policies & Procedures and Training Guides. Manage customer relations, merchandising, store appearance, and business functions while providing employee support. Maintain a pleasant disposition and self-motivation to handle difficult situations independently. Requires high school graduation or GED, retail sales experience, and English communication skills.
