Job Summary
Assists the Store Manager in operations management, including staff shift management, labor hours control, inventory oversight, product ordering and replenishment, and ensuring compliance with store policies. Focus areas include improving customer service, recruitment and training of staff, supervision and discipline, loss prevention and safe cash handling, merchandise organization, and achievement of sales goals. Requires strong communication, leadership, and adaptability to schedule demands, with on-site responsibilities in Seattle, WA.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of work experience
- Previous experience as a sales associate
- Experience in inventory oversight
- Strong communication skills and building good relationships
- Ability to achieve sales goals
- Ability to respond to the speed of change in the store/company
- Execution of head office information and instructions
- Able to lead store problems to a positive resolution
- Must be flexible to work evenings and weekend shifts
