Job Summary
Manage store operations by supporting the store manager with shift scheduling, labor control, and staff training. Oversee product ordering, inventory levels, and sales plan execution to ensure stock availability and meet sales goals. Monitor compliance with company rules, handle cash and safe money management, and maintain store cleanliness and security. Resolve store problems and report issues to instructors while organizing all relevant documentation and records. Requires flexibility for evening and weekend shifts.
Required Qualifications
- High school Diploma/GED
- 2+ Years
- Previous experience as a sales associate
- Experience in inventory oversight
- Strong communication skills and building good relationships
- Ability to achieve sales goals
- Ability to respond to the speed of change in the store/company
- Execution of head office information and instructions
- Able to lead store problems to a positive resolution
- Positive attitude, reliability, and cooperativeness in work
- Must be flexible to work evenings and weekend shifts
