Job Summary
Assist Store Manager in operations and store leadership: manage staff shift scheduling and labor hours, recruit and train staff, oversee inventory control, product ordering, and replenishment; ensure compliance with store policies and legal regulations; report issues to management; drive sales goals, maintain merchandise organization, and manage cash handling and safekeeping; maintain store security, records, and overall store presentation; requires evening/weekend availability and strong communication and team leadership skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of work experience in a store/store operations
- Experience in inventory oversight
- Strong communication skills and relationship-building
- Ability to achieve sales goals
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
