Store Assistant Manager

Manage store operations by overseeing staff shift scheduling, labor control, and recruitment while ensuring compliance with company rules and local regulations. Direct staff training, counseling, and performance monitoring to maintain effective work operations and improve customer service quality. Execute sales plans, merchandise organization, and inventory replenishment to prevent stockouts and control losses, while managing cash registers, safe funds, and equipment maintenance. Monitor sales goals, basket counts, and inventory turnover days, reporting store problems and issues to the store manager and instructors. Maintain organized records, ensure store security and interior tidiness, and lead store problems to positive resolution. Must be flexible to work evenings and weekends.
