Store Assistant Manager

Oversee day-to-day store operations by greeting customers, resolving complaints, and maintaining a clean, safe environment. Assist the Store Manager in recruiting, training, and scheduling staff while delegating tasks and providing performance feedback. Manage inventory through stock ordering, receiving, shelving, and regular checks to ensure optimal levels and reduce waste. Drive sales by promoting products and achieving targets, while monitoring cash handling, reconciling registers, and controlling store budgets. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations through regular inspections and adherence to store policies. Prepare daily reports on sales, inventory, and performance for the Store Manager. Maintain accurate documentation on employee records and operations. Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a valid driver's license required.
