Job Summary
Assist the Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations, including hiring, supervising staff, and managing daily tasks such as bookkeeping and merchandising. Maintain high operational standards by providing fast and friendly service to customers while ensuring regular onsite attendance. Execute the food program standards, lead a team of employees, and handle cash transactions with a sense of urgency and patience. This role requires standing or walking for up to 8 hours and involves lifting up to 30 pounds from the ground to overhead. Required Qualifications
- Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance
- Display a sense of urgency
- Display patience
- Display leadership
- Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
- Ability to push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
- Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
- Ability to grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands
- Ability to climb a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs
