Job Summary
Assist the Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations, including hiring, supervising staff, and managing daily tasks like bookkeeping and merchandising. Maintain high service standards by providing fast and friendly customer service while ensuring regular onsite attendance. Lead the team in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new employees, while delegating responsibilities and motivating others to meet performance goals. Execute safety and security protocols, advocate for team needs, and solve problems efficiently. This role requires standing or walking for up to 8 hours and lifting up to 30 pounds from the ground. - Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
- Grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands
- Eye-hand coordination
- Ability to climb a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs
- High School/College Degree(s)
- Retail experience
- Supervisor or management experience
- Recruiting/hiring/interviewing skills
- Experience handling food
