Store Assistant Manager

Assist the Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations. Help with hiring, supervising and working with the staff to accomplish daily tasks, bookkeeping and merchandising. Maintain high standards and provide fast and friendly service to customers. Ensure regular and predictable onsite attendance. Support our food program and execute to the standard. Demonstrate urgency, patience and leadership. Key activities include leading a team of employees, recruiting/hiring, delegation, teaching and motivating others, planning and organizing, communicating plans, cash-handling, and problem solving. Helpful experience includes retail experience, supervisor/management experience, recruiting/interviewing skills, and experience handling food.
