Job Summary
Assist the Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations, including hiring, supervising staff, managing daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising. Maintain high operational standards by providing fast and friendly service to customers while ensuring regular onsite attendance. Execute the food program standards, lead a team of employees, and handle cash transactions. Demonstrate urgency, patience, and leadership through recruiting, delegation, teaching, planning, problem-solving, and advocating for safety and security. This role requires standing for up to 8 hours and lifting up to 30 pounds. - Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
- Grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands
- Eye-hand coordination
- Ability to climb a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs
- High School/College Degree(s)
- Retail experience
- Supervisor or management experience
- Recruiting/hiring/interviewing skills
- Experience handling food
