Job Summary
Assist the Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations, including hiring, supervising staff, bookkeeping, and merchandising. Maintain high standards by providing fast, friendly service to customers while ensuring regular onsite attendance. Execute food program standards and lead a team through recruiting, interviewing, and motivating others. Manage cash-handling, problem-solving, and safety protocols while displaying urgency and patience. Requires high school or college degree, retail experience, and ability to stand or walk up to 8 hours. Full-time part-time availability with competitive benefits including medical, dental, 401K, and tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
- Ability to push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
- Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
- Ability to grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands
- Ability to climb a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs
- High School/College Degree(s)
