Job Summary
Assist the Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations, including hiring, supervising staff, managing daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising. Maintain high standards by providing fast, friendly service to customers and executing the food program's strict requirements. Ensure regular, predictable onsite attendance while leading a team through recruiting, interviewing, and motivating others. Handle cash, solve problems, and advocate for safety and security. This role requires standing or walking up to eight hours and lifting up to 30 pounds from the ground. - Ability to push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
- Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
- Ability to grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands
- Ability to climb a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs
- High School/College Degree(s)
