Store Assistant Manager responsible for assisting the Store Manager with overseeing stationstore operations, recruiting/hiring, supervising staff, bookkeeping and merchandising, ensuring high standards and fast, friendly service, and maintaining predictable onsite attendance. Role requires leading a team, teaching and motivating others, delegating tasks, planning and organizing, cash-handling, problem solving, and upholding safety and security standards. Desirable background includes retail experience and supervisory/management experience; education includes High School or College degree.
