Job Summary
Assist the Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations, including hiring, supervising staff, managing daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising. Maintain high service standards and execute the food program while providing fast, friendly customer service. Ensure regular onsite attendance and demonstrate leadership, problem-solving, and safety compliance. Execute recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes while delegating and motivating the team. This full-time role offers weekly pay, paid vacations, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. - High School/College Degree(s)
