Store Assistant Manager

Assist the Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations, including hiring, supervising and working with staff to accomplish daily tasks, bookkeeping and merchandising. Maintain high standards and provide fast and friendly service to customers. Ensure regular onsite attendance and execute the food program to the set standards. Demonstrate leadership with urgency, patience, and team guidance. Strong capabilities in leading a team, recruiting, interviewing, delegation, planning, organizing, and effective communication. Proficiency in cash-handling and bookkeeping, problem solving, and upholding safety and security. Retail and supervisory/management experience are preferred, along with experience in recruiting, interviewing, and handling food.
