Job Summary
Assist Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations, including hiring, supervising and working with staff to accomplish daily tasks, bookkeeping and merchandising; maintain high standards and provide fast, friendly service; ensure regular onsite attendance and execute Circle K food program standards; demonstrate leadership, urgency, patience, and staff motivation; responsibilities include leading a team, recruiting/hiring, delegation, teaching, planning, organizing, communication of plans, cash-handling and problem solving; emphasis on safety and security.
Required Qualifications
