Job Summary
Assist the Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations, including hiring, supervising staff, managing daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising. Maintain high standards by providing fast, friendly service to customers and executing the food program's rigorous requirements. Ensure regular, predictable onsite attendance while leading a team through recruiting, interviewing, and motivating employees. Handle cash transactions, solve problems, and advocate for safety and security on the floor. This full-time role offers weekly pay, paid vacations, and a 401K match at Circle K, a global family operating over 17,000 stores.
Required Qualifications
- Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance
- Display a sense of urgency
- Display patience
- Display leadership
- Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
- Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
- Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
- Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
- Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
- Grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands
- This handwork requires eye-hand coordination
- May require climbing a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs
