Job Summary
Assist the Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations, including hiring, supervising staff, managing daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising. Maintain high standards by providing fast, friendly customer service and executing the food program with a sense of urgency, patience, and leadership. Lead a team of employees and management through recruiting, interviewing, and delegation while teaching and motivating others to accomplish goals. Ensure regular, predictable onsite attendance and advocate for safety and security throughout the shift.

- Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
- Grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands
- Eye-hand coordination
- Ability to climb a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs
- High School/College Degree(s)
- Retail experience
- Supervisor or management experience
- Recruiting/hiring/interviewing skills
- Experience handling food
