Job Summary
Assist the Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations, including hiring, supervising staff, managing daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising. Maintain high standards by providing fast, friendly customer service and executing the food program's strict requirements. Ensure regular, predictable onsite attendance while leading a team through recruiting, interviewing, and motivating employees. Handle cash, solve problems, and advocate for safety and security. This role requires standing or walking up to eight hours, lifting up to 30 pounds overhead, and involves full-time flexible scheduling with days, evenings, and overnight shifts available.
Required Qualifications
- Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance

- Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
- Ability to push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
- Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
- Ability to grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands
- Ability to climb a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs
