Job Summary
Assist the Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations, including hiring, supervising staff, and managing daily tasks such as bookkeeping and merchandising. Maintain high standards by providing fast, friendly service to customers and ensuring regular, predictable onsite attendance. Execute the food program standards while leading a team through recruiting, interviewing, and motivating employees. Handle cash transactions, solve problems, and advocate for safety and security. Provide fast and friendly service to customers.
Required Qualifications
- Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance
- Display a sense of urgency
- Display patience
- Display leadership
- Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
- Ability to push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
- Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
- Ability to grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands
- Ability to climb a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs
- High School/College Degree(s)
