Job Summary

Assist the Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations, including hiring, supervising and developing staff, bookkeeping and merchandising. Maintain high standards, deliver fast and friendly service, ensure regular onsite attendance, and execute food program standards. Lead a team with urgency, patience, and leadership; recruit, interview, hire, delegate, and motivate; plan and organize; manage cash-handling and problem solving; ensure safety and security; uphold Circle K values and training. The role involves managing staff performance, delivering quality customer experiences, and contributing to a large, stable retail environment with opportunities for growth.

Required Qualifications

  • Supervisor or management experience
  • Retail experience

  • Experience handling food
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
