Job Summary
Assistant Manager expected to support the Store Manager in overseeing Stationstore operations, assist with hiring, supervising staff, bookkeeping, and merchandising, and help maintain high standards while delivering fast, friendly customer service. Responsibilities include leading a team, recruiting and interviewing, delegation, planning and organizing, cash-handling, problem solving, and ensuring safety and security. Training, attendance, and adherence to company policies and values are emphasized, with emphasis on leadership, patience, urgency, and customer focus.
Required Qualifications
- High School/College Degree(s)
- Retail experience
- Supervisor or management experience
- Recruiting/hiring/interviewing skills
- Experience handling food
- Physical requirements as listed (standing/walking, lifting up to 60 pounds)
