Job Summary
Assist the Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations, help with hiring/supervising staff, bookkeeping and merchandising, and maintain high standards while providing fast, friendly service. Demonstrate leadership, lead a team of employees, recruit/hire, delegate and follow up, plan and organize, communicate plans, manage cash-handling and bookkeeping, ensure safety and security, and maintain on-site attendance. Priorities include customer service excellence and executingFood program standards; position supports a fast-paced, growth-oriented store environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School/College Degree(s) preferred
- Retail experience preferred
- Supervisor or management experience preferred
- Recruiting/hiring/interviewing skills
- Experience handling food
- Cash-handling and bookkeeping
