Job Summary
Assist Store Manager with oversight of stationstore operations, including hiring, supervising and working with staff to accomplish daily tasks, bookkeeping and merchandising; maintain high standards and provide fast, friendly service; ensure regular on-site attendance; contribute to food program quality; demonstrate urgency, leadership, and teamwork; lead a team, recruit and interview, delegate and follow-up, plan and organize, communicate plans, handle cash and bookkeeping, problem solve, and ensure safety and security. Retail/management experience and ability to train and motivate others are valuable; strong customer service focus and compliance with company culture are expected.
