Job Summary
Assist Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations, including hiring, supervising and collaborating with staff to accomplish daily tasks, bookkeeping and merchandising. Provide regular onsite attendance, deliver fast and friendly service, lead a team, recruit/interview/hiring, delegate and follow-up, train and motivate others, plan and organize, communicate plans, handle cash and bookkeeping, solve problems, and uphold safety. Emphasizes leadership, customer care, and maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment; supports store programs and aligns with company values.
