Job Summary
Assist Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations, including hiring, supervising staff, daily tasks, bookkeeping and merchandising; provide fast, friendly service to customers; maintain high standards and onsite attendance; execute the food program; demonstrate leadership, urgency and patience; skills include leading a team, recruiting/interviewing/hiring, delegation and follow-up, planning and organizing, communication, cash-handling and bookkeeping, problem solving, and safety and security.
