Job Summary
Deliver excellent customer service, maintain visual merchandising standards, and assist with donations to support the day-to-day running of the store. Welcome customers, lead volunteers, and work closely with the Shop Manager to ensure the store is safe, organised, and ready for trade. Maintain a friendly, customer-focused approach while adhering to WHS guidelines and hazards protocols. This hands-on role requires flexible availability with weekend work essential, offering hourly pay from $28.89 plus casual loading and superannuation. As part of Australia's largest humanitarian organisation, your contributions directly support teams helping people overcome hardship and disaster across Australia and the Asia Pacific.
