Job Summary
Assist the Store Manager with oversight of store operations, including hiring, supervising staff, bookkeeping, and merchandising. Deliver fast, friendly service, maintain high standards, ensure predictable onsite attendance, and support the food program. Demonstrate leadership, delegation, planning, organization, communication, and problem-solving. Requires ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift as part of typical store duties. Store is Circle K in Charlotte, NC, with emphasis on training, career development, and a comprehensive benefits package.
