Job Summary
Assist the Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations, hiring/supervising staff, bookkeeping, and merchandising; provide fast, friendly service, maintain high standards, and ensure regular onsite attendance. Lead a team, recruit/hire, delegate, motivate, and communicate plans; handle cash-handling and basic bookkeeping; support safety and security, and align with Circle K’s training, food program standards, and goals.
