Job Summary
Store Assistant (Bonused): Assist the Store Manager with oversight of store operations, staff supervision, hiring, bookkeeping and merchandising; lead a team to deliver fast, friendly service, maintain high standards, and ensure regular onsite attendance. Responsibilities include recruiting/interviewing, delegation, planning and organizing, communicating plans, cash-handling and bookkeeping, problem solving, safety and security, and coaching others. Great to have retail/management experience and ability to stand for long periods while handling physical tasks; emphasizes leadership, training, and collaboration in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School/College Degree(s) preferred or required
- Retail experience
- Supervisor or management experience
- Recruiting/hiring/interviewing skills
- Experience handling food (optional)
