Store Assistant (Bonused)

Assist the Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations, help with hiring, supervising and working with staff to accomplish daily tasks, bookkeeping and merchandising, maintain high standards, provide fast and friendly service, ensure on-site attendance, execute our food program standards, and demonstrate leadership, urgency and customer-focused service. Skills include leading a team, recruiting/interviewing, delegation, planning, organizing, communication, cash-handling, problem solving, safety and security, and experience in retail or supervisory roles; a background in supervising or managing staff and related duties is noted as desirable.
