Store Assistant (Bonused)

Assist the Store Manager with oversight of Store operations at Circle K. Lead and supervise staff to accomplish daily tasks, handling hiring activities, bookkeeping and merchandising, and maintain high standards of service. Ensure regular onsite attendance and execution of the food program. Demonstrate urgency, patience, and leadership while fostering fast, friendly service and a productive team environment. Responsibilities include leading a team of employees, recruiting and hiring, delegation and follow-up, teaching and motivating others, planning and organizing, communicating plans, cash handling and bookkeeping, problem solving, safety and security, and strong customer-facing engagement.
