Store Assistant (Bonused)

Assist the Store Manager with oversight of Store 2706345 Texarkana AR operations, including hiring, supervising staff, bookkeeping and merchandising, and delivering fast, friendly service; maintain onsite attendance and oversee food program standards. Lead a team, recruit and interview, delegate and follow-up, train and motivate others, plan and organize, communicate plans, handle cash and bookkeeping, solve problems, and ensure safety and security.
