Store Assistant (Bonused)

As a Store Assistant (Bonused) at Circle K, you will assist the Store Manager with oversight of store operations, including hiring, supervising staff, bookkeeping, and merchandising; you’ll help maintain high standards and provide fast, friendly service while ensuring regular on-site attendance. You’ll lead a team, recruit and interview staff, delegate tasks, train and motivate others, plan and organize, communicate plans, handle cash and bookkeeping, solve problems, and advocate for safety and security. Previous retail/management experience and the ability to supervise and develop a team are valued, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and engage customers. The role may involve standing for long periods, lifting as part of typical store duties, and collaborating with a large Circle K team and training programs.
