Job Summary
Store Assistant/Assistant Manager responsible for assisting the Store Manager with operations of Circle K station, including hiring, supervising staff, bookkeeping, merchandising, and maintaining high service standards. Key duties include leading a team, recruiting and interviewing, delegation and follow-up, training and motivating others, planning and organizing, effective communication, cash-handling and bookkeeping, problem solving, and enforcing safety and security. Requires ability to stand/walk up to 8 hours and physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally. Strong leadership, customer service, and operational skills are emphasized, with a focus on fast-paced, friendful customer experiences and adherence to company policies and food program standards.
