Job Summary
Assist the Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations, help with hiring, supervising and working with staff to accomplish daily tasks, bookkeeping and merchandising, and maintain high standards while delivering fast, friendly service. Demonstrates leadership, urgency, and a customer-focused approach; actively participates in safety and provides regular onsite attendance. Responsibilities include leading a team, recruiting and interviewing, delegation and follow-up, planning and organizing, clear communication, cash-handling and bookkeeping, problem solving, and advocating for customers. Relevant experience in retail, supervisory/management roles, and experience handling food are advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- High School/College Degree(s) or equivalent
- Retail experience preferred
- Supervisor or management experience preferred
- Recruiting/hiring/interviewing skills preferred
- Experience handling food preferred
