Job Summary
As the Store Assistant/Assistant Manager at Circle K, you will assist the Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations, help hire and supervise staff, and support daily tasks including bookkeeping, merchandising, and ensuring fast, friendly service. You will maintain staffing levels, uphold high standards, manage the food program, demonstrate leadership, and model urgency, patience, and accountability. Key duties include leading a team, recruiting and interviewing, delegation, training and motivating others, planning and organizing, cash-handling, problem solving, safety and security, and ensuring predictable on-site attendance while contributing to a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Required Qualifications
- High School/College Degree(s) preferred

- Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods

- Cash-handling and bookkeeping
