Job Summary
Assist the Store Manager with oversight of Store 2709987 operations, including hiring, supervising staff, daily task execution, bookkeeping and merchandising. Ensure high standards, provide fast, friendly service, maintain predictable onsite attendance, and execute the food program. Demonstrate leadership, urgency, patience, and effective communication while coordinating a team to deliver results. Relevant skills include team leadership, recruiting/interviewing, delegation, teaching and motivating others, planning and organizing, cash-handling/bookkeeping, problem solving, safety and security.
Required Qualifications
- High School/College Degree(s)
- Retail experience
- Supervisor or management experience
- Recruiting/hiring/interviewing skills
- Experience handling food
