Store Assistant (Bonused)

Assist the Store Manager at Circle K in the operation of Store 2709995 located in Hot Springs, AR. You will help hire, supervise and develop staff, oversee daily tasks, bookkeeping and merchandising, ensure high standards and fast, friendly service, and maintain predictable onsite attendance. Key duties include leading a team, recruiting/interviewing/hiring, delegating, planning and organizing, communicating plans, handling cash and bookkeeping, problem solving, and ensuring safety and security. Leadership and retail experience, plus familiarity with food programs and supervising staff, are noted as great to have.
