Job Summary
Assist Store Manager with oversight of the Stationstore operations, including hiring, supervising and coordinating staff, bookkeeping and merchandising. Maintain high standards with fast, friendly service, ensure regular onsite attendance, and execute the food program. Demonstrate leadership, urgency, and customer focus while managing cash-handling, planning, delegation, and problem solving. Key skills include team leadership, recruiting/interviewing, training, organizing, communication, safety, and maintaining store standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School/College Degree(s) preferred
- Retail experience
- Supervisor or management experience
- Recruiting/hiring/interviewing skills
- Experience handling food
